I beg you: PLEASE research battery capacity a little more. You mentioned an iPhone 12 is 2800mAh, and a MacBook Pro has 5000mAh of capacity. That makes one assume that the MacBook Pro has only around TWICE the battery capacity. That's false. Battery capacity isn't measured in only mAh, that's only half the story. You need the VOLTAGE of the pack to determine actual capacity (technically that's just an approximation since voltage isn't constrant, but I'll give a pass on that). The iPhone 12 has a 2800mAh battery @ 3.7V. That equals 10.36Wh of capacity. The MacBook Pro has a 5000mAh battery at 11.4V, that equates to 57Wh, that's over 5X the iPhone. This is a VERY common mistake, you're not alone in making it, but it's VERY annoying when the product itself, RIGHT ON THE BOX, says 518Wh capacity. The 140,000mAh you mention is @3.7V, so you can't compare that directly to the 5000mAh on the MacBook. It's especially misleading since it's almost guaranteed that pack actually wires it's pack in a series-parallel config. ALWAYS use Wh for capacity, anything else is prone you misleading. You can't even compare laptops with that figure since not all laptops use the same battery voltage.

I don't know, maybe it's only me, but I think that screen protector, no matter how hard, is good when your phone lands on it's edge. I think that extra layer of glass just absorb the force and shatter, leaving screen safe from damage. Two times when I don't apply screen protector, my screen broke. As to scratching resistance, I don't really care. When it start to look ugly I just replace the glass, it's very cheap.
